New Chef, New Manager, New Lunch Sandwich Choices for Trattoria Neapolis Patrons

Trattoria Neapolis Italian Restaurant & Bar comes with a new chef, a new general manager, and of course, a new and better set of lunch sandwiches to choose from.

Pork lovers can now enjoy the Slow Roasted Pork “Porchetta,” filled with grilled red onions, arugula and roasted apple mostarda, as well as the House Made Pork Meatball, which includes San Marzano tomato sauce, provolone cheese, black olives, Calabrian chili and torn basil.

Another choice in the new lunch menu is the Italian Cold Cut filled with salami, Italian ham, marinated mozzarella cheese, shredded lettuce and house olive tapanade.

Want white meat for lunch? You may try the Wood Grilled Salmon with house remoulade sauce, pickled red onion, tomato and little gem lettuce.

Also a healthy choice for lunch sandwich is the Grilled Chicken which includes house made bun, little gem lettuce, crispy prosciutto, tomato and chive aioli.

All of Trattoria’s lunch sandwiches come with a choice of fries or arugula salad.

For a complete Trattoria Neapolis lunch sandwich experience, you may also want to try the Fonduta Cheese Fries, a specialty unique to the Italian restaurant.
