[Updated] The Pasadena Tournament of Roses, The Rose Bowl Game, and the City of Pasadena teamed up to host the Rose Bowl Game Youth Football Clinic and Health and Fitness Day last Saturday.

The clinic featured former NFL players Chad Brown and Marcus Robertson in addition to several other college and high school players.

“It’s great to see the smiles on the faces of the kids and it’s great to encourage them,” said Kenny James, Human Services and Recreation Supervisor for the City of Pasadena. “The purpose is to learn leadership skills, team building skills and they learn how to problem solve based on the different drills they do.”

The clinic included drills, obstacle course, skill lessons, and challenge matches for camp participants.
