Parsons Promotes Dalvi to Vice President, Corporate Controller

Parsons is pleased to announce that it has promoted Ashay Dalvi to the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller of Parsons Corporation, effective July 23, 2015. He succeeded Rick Henderson, who has accepted an assignment in the Middle East Africa (MEA) region as Senior Vice President and MEA Finance Director.

Dalvi joined Parsons in 2012 following a distinguished 12-year career with PwC. Since coming on board with the corporation, he has served as Assistant Corporate Controller, and has made many contributions to the corporate finance team, including leading significant advancements in Parsons’ financial reporting capabilities, among other things. He also serves as an active member of Parsons’ Leadership Council (LC), a 14-member group that represents all of the business units by developing new ideas and strategies. LC also supports Parsons’ Executive Committee through separate, independent deliberations.

Mr. Dalvi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He is based in Pasadena.
