Pasadena police  Sgt. Roger Roldan said the 22-year-old man, a Pasadena resident, suffered skull injuries, possibly broken ribs, and a collapsed lung.

There were no witnesses to the actual accident. It is unclear if the victim was wearing a safety helmet.
