Fifth District Supervisor candidate, Kathryn Barger, has received the endorsement of Pasadena City Councilman John J. Kennedy.
“I am endorsing Kathryn Barger for our next County Supervisor because it’s not about her, it’s about the community and the Fifth District. Kathryn has the intellect, experience and community-focused leadership to build on the legacy of her respected predecessor” said Councilman Kennedy.
Continuing, Councilman Kennedy added: “Kathryn grew up right here in our community and she will deliver for us on economic development, transportation, public safety, and the delivery of basic county services. As the hometown favorite, I believe Pasadena will give Kathryn a significant boost to win the race! I look forward to working with Kathryn Barger when she is elected our Supervisor.”
In expressing her appreciation for the Councilman’s endorsement, Kathryn Barger said: “I am very grateful for Councilman John Kennedy’s support. As Councilman and as a civic leader, John has been a source of innovation and dynamism in Pasadena and the Fifth District. I will partner with Councilman Kennedy as we focus together on moving Pasadena and the entire Fifth District forward.”
