Pasadena Heritage is proud to present Restoration Day. Restoration Day will be held on Thursday, June 15th. Various hands-on will be offered, small group workshops and presentations that, at the very least, will equip you with knowledge for whatever you discover next in your old house!
Congratulations on owning your historic home! We know that caring for an old house can sometimes be frustrating and confusing. So, come and learn some skills that will help you handle minor repairs or restoration projects and how to determine what work might need to be done. We will offer various hands-on, small group workshops and presentations that, at the very least, will equip you with knowledge for whatever you discover next in your old house! Opportunities include:
10:00 a.m. – noon House Sleuthing or Paint Stripping/ Staining
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. How to Hire a Contractor or Window Restoration and Repairs
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Researching Your House Online or It’s All in the Details – Using Salvaged Materials.
Restoration Day will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019, 10:00 a.m. – noon, 1:00- 3:00 p.m., 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Madison House, 651 S. St. John Ave., Pasadena. Tickets: $10 per session or three sessions for $25.
