Pasadena Man Pleads Not Guilty to Murder, Attempted Murder in Altadena Double Shooting

David Gregorich, 28, of Pasadena pleaded not guilty Thursday to a double shooting in Altadena on June 10 which left a Pasadena man dead and a 17-year-old Altadena boy seriously wounded.

The deceased victim, William Benjamin Harris IV, 19, was walking with the boy in the 2100 block of Santa Anita Avenue in Altadena when a car passed by and multiple shots rang out.

Sheriff’s investigators had not revealed suspect information prior to Gregorich’s arrest.

Gregorich was detained by Pasadena police on June 17 when police were responding to a call of a domestic disturbance. Officers saw the green and white pickup truck matching the suspect’s getaway vehicle and detained Gregorich.

If convicted, Gregorich faces a maximum sentence of life in prison with parole. His next hearing is set for July 16.
