Virtualitics, Inc., an AI data analytics company in Pasadena, has added Rob Ferguson as Chief Revenue Officer, and Rob Bocek as President, Public Sector, to its leadership team.

With extensive experience from such prominent enterprise software entities as Salesforce, Oracle, and PTC, Ferguson’s appointment signifies a focused effort by Virtualitics to fortify its go-to-market strategies.

“We are pleased to hire someone with the outstanding strategy and execution experience that Rob Ferguson brings to the table,” Michael Amori, Virtualitics CEO and co-founder, said. “Rob will help Virtualitics accelerate our commercial business and build on the strong foundation of success we have already established in the federal government sector.”

Ferguson said he looks forward to collaborating closely with clients to leverage the company’s AI data analytics innovations.

Before Virtualitics, Inc., Rob Ferguson was Chief Revenue Officer at Automation Anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also served as Executive Vice President at Salesforce, and Area VP for Oracle. He also served in senior leadership roles with Sybase, Corechange, PictureTel and Hummingbird in the past.

As President, Public Sector, Rob Bocek brings over 15 years of leadership in defense, intelligence technologies, and enterprise software. With a background that spans military service as a Navy SEAL officer and tenure at Microsoft Federal, Bocek’s expertise positions Virtualitics to expand its footprint in crucial government sectors.

“Like everyone at Virtualitics, Rob is passionate about our mission,” Amori said. “His expertise will be pivotal in strengthening our partnerships with government agencies and in furthering our commitment to providing AI-driven solutions for national security and public sector challenges.”

In response, Bocek said he was enthusiastic about the mission-driven technologies the company is offering to reshape decision-making processes.

“Virtualitics’ AI-driven data exploration, visualization and applications will transform the way national defenders, public safety personnel, and first responders assess threats, mitigate risk, and keep us safe,” Bocek said.

Prior to joining Virtualitics, Bocek led multiple VC defense-tech startups in the rapid scaling and buildout of revenue operations. His business experience includes serving as Chief Revenue Officer for a privacy-enhancing technology company with deep roots in the DOD and Intel mission communities to leading the Revenue and Growth for a Directed Energy counter-electronics weapons development company. He was also a senior executive at Microsoft for nearly seven years.

Virtualitics, Inc. pioneers AI and machine learning-guided data exploration to transform organizations. The company’s patented technology originates from over a decade of research at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena and has been validated and leveraged by federal agencies and large enterprises.
