The address will include a town hall on technology and parent engagement moderated by NBC4 Southern California general assignment reporter Kim Baldonado.

“This year’s live stream of our annual speech will hopefully encourage broader participation by families, students, and community members and helps to emphasize the many ways that people can engage with our district using technology,” Board President Kenne said.  “Improving our parent and family engagement is a top priority for our district and the Board of Education this academic year.”

The State of Schools features an Innovation Exhibit of student inventors and innovators hosted by the Pasadena Educational Foundation, themed science and technology childcare for school-aged children will be available free of charge from Pasadena LEARNs, and showcase by PUSD’s Food and Nutrition Services.
