Pasadena Water and Power is suggesting that its customers, which is of course includes all Pasadena residents and businesses and some Altadena residents, too, sign up for the utility’s residential monthly newsletter and its bi-monthly commercial e-newsletter to stay updated with services-related information.
“Residential customers can receive timely information about what new services, rebates and workshops PWP offers, while commercial customers can receive industry tips on how to maintain their facilities and look for opportunities to be water and energy efficient,” PWP General Manager Gurcharan Bawa said.
PWP publishes and emails the monthly “Watts Current” and the bi-monthly “Conduit” e-newsletters.
“Watts Current” is published mainly for residential customers and highlights upcoming events, news, and other valuable resources for them.
“The Conduit” is intended primarily for PWP’s commercial customers. It features the latest industry trends, conservation tips, and programs to help Pasadena businesses be more efficient and save costs.
The newsletters have been instrumental in providing relevant information to customers, PWP said.
