Pasadena’s Citizen Service Center (CSC) has started a live chat service on its webpage as an additional means for the public to reach a live person at City Hall who could help answer your questions and respond to your requests.
An announcement of the City Manager’s Newsletter said the service is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, when CSC representatives will be available to answer your chat requests live.
After hours, anyone can leave a message which staff should be able to respond to the next business day.
The chat service complements the CSC call center which is available to take live phone calls and its web messaging and mobile app that manages service requests.
Simply visiting the CSC web page at www.cityofpasadena.net/citizen-service-center will activate the chat service so anyone can exchange messages with a live CSC staffer, the announcement said.
From the web page, any visitor can also download the free CSC mobile app. The CSC web page can also link the visitor to other City departments and the services they offer.
The Pasadena Citizen Service Center is a centralized service to help Pasadena residents connect with their City. According to information on its web page, the CSC answers over 75,000 calls and processes more than 25,000 requests for service each year.
