Pasadena’s Rekon Technologies Makes HousingWire’s TECH100 Four Consecutive Years

For the fourth straight year, Rekon Technologies, a provider of lien release and assignment technology and advanced document management software for mortgage servicers and lenders, has been named to the HW TECH100™ list of the most innovative technology firms in the U.S. housing industry. Rekon and other honorees are being recognized in the March issue of HousingWire Magazine.

Companies on the HW TECH100 are measured based on market influence, market potential, uniqueness of their solutions, growth and implementation elegance. Rekon, which has been on the HW TECH100™ since the inaugural list in 2014, was recognized for being the mortgage industry’s most widely adopted lien release and assignment technology. Rekon’s software leverages automation to prepare documents according to the unique standards of each of the country’s 3,600 recording offices, enabling lenders and servicers to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the recording process.
