Pets of the Week at the Pasadena Humane Society

Published on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 | 10:50 am

Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane Society this week:
Gomez (A470913) is a sweet 3-year-old cat looking for a new home with his partner in crime, Fester (A470912). They were transferred to us from the Baldwin Park Shelter a few days ago and are ready to transfer into a forever home. Gomez likes to be petted, but not in comparison to Fester who head bumps for more attention and ear scratches. They both like to greet you at the front of their kennel for interaction and are equally excited for a new home so they can greet you when you come in from work. They are sweet, gentle cats who groom each other and sleep curled up with each other, and are just looking for a new human friend or two.
The adoption fee for cats is $90. All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before being adopted.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Pets may not be available for adoption and cannot be held for potential adopters by phone calls or email.

Aries (A469666) is a sweet 9-year-old dog with an attitude of a puppy. He’s a little shy when you first meet him, and tends to hide in his den when there is a lot of noise, but he warms up quickly. He likes the attention of others, especially volunteers who come into his kennel with a lot of treats, and likes to be petted. He’s an obedient dog who knows the sit and down commands and knows shake! Aries is eager to find his forever home and family so he can start cuddling all day long!
The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before going to their new home.
