Police Arrest Suspect In Lincoln Avenue Vehicle Burglary On Wednesday Night

Police arrested a 21-year-old Pasadena man after he was identified as a suspect in a vehicle burglary incident in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue Wednesday night.

Lt. Mark Goodman of the Pasadena Police Department said witnesses saw the suspect breaking into a car parked outside of an apartment complex in the area at about 11:05 p.m. and called police. The suspect reportedly stole a set of golf clubs from the vehicle, whose owner is a 27-year-old male Pasadena resident, and walked away.

Police said arriving officers saw the suspect in the area and pursued him on foot.

“The suspect was apprehended and arrested for auto burglary,” police said. “The stolen golf clubs were recovered and returned to the victim.”
