A homeless Pasadena man found naked on the bathroom floor of a residence he allegedly broke into has been booked on suspicion of residential burglary, according to the Pasadena Police Department.

Alan Rodriguez, 25, was taken into police custody after an incident that occurred in an apartment located in the 100 block of West Dayton Street, Thursday evening shortly after 5 p.m. Police said Rodriguez took medication from the victim’s residence.

The victim came home to find her apartment in disarray and water on the floor. Upon entering the second floor bathroom, she saw Rodriguez laying naked on the floor, police said.

Rodriguez got dressed and left after the victim ordered him to leave, police reports said. Rodriguez was arrested while the victim and police were standing outside and the victim spotted Rodriguez nearby.

Police said the residence sustained extensive water damage due to the incident.

Rodriguez is currently being held in the Sheriff’s Dept. Inmate Reception Center in lieu of $50,000 bail, according to booking records.
