A man in 40’s became involved in traffic incident found himself followed by a violently angry man for miles until, in Pasadena, the raging suspect fired three shots at the victim’s car.
Pasadena Police Lt. John Luna said the potentially deadly incident began in Alhambra.
The victim, after being followed all the way to the 100 block of Columbia Street just inside Pasadena, finally pulled over to the curb, Luna said.
The suspect passed him, did a U-turn then drove past the victim and fired a volley of gunshots at the victim, striking the victim’s car three times.
The victim was not injured, Luna said.
When the suspect’s car sped away down Oak Lawn Street into South Pasadena, the victim followed the suspect, ultimately lost sight of him.
The victim encountered South Pasadena Police to report the crime, and was referred to Pasadena Police.
The suspect is described only as an Hispanic man in his 40’s driving a dark colder-model car, Luna said.
