If you’re interested in new technological advancements that have come about, or if you work in a space-related industry who is on the cutting edge of technology and you want to see what others are doing, you’ll want to be at the Space Tech Expo. Showcasing an array of engineering and technological designs and innovations from America’s top minds, the expo will take over Pasadena Convention Center from May 22 to May 24.
As well as seeing all of the latest inventions, you will get the chance to attend thought-provoking talks from decision makers and buyers in the space business. The Space Tech Expo has now been running for seven years, and provides a great opportunity for you to learn and network with like-minded people from all over the industry.
A number of themes will be discussed during this year’s expo. These will include the changing landscape of launch systems, satellite system technology, and the future of space exploration.
Well-known names will be exhibiting their latest creations. NASA will be showing its newest creations from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Boeing will also be on hand to talk about its rockets and satellites as will the Aerospace Corporation who can discuss the latest in scientific research being conducted in the field.
Head to the Product Showcase for demonstrations that may just blow your mind, and enjoy the chance to ask tons of questions and get accurate answers from the country’s leading space experts. While the expo is free to attend, guests are also encouraged to visit the ticketed conference to hear about the work and challenges faced by space titans such as NASA and SpaceX.
The Space Tech Expo runs from May 22 to May 24. Tickets are free for the exhibition and vary between $395 and $995 for the conference. If you are in the field this expo quite possibly mandatory, and for those who aren’t it will be a truly eye opening experience that will help you appreciate the role of science and technology in the furtherance of our understanding the cosmos.
