State Senate Candidate Anthony Portantino Announces Planned Parenthood Backing

The Anthony Portantino for State Senate campaign announced the endorsement of Planned Parenthood Advocates Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley in his bid to succeed Carol Liu in the 25th Senate District.

Planned Parenthood Advocates Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley is the political arm of Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley which was established in 1933 and serves 24 communities, making them one of the oldest and most respected public healthcare organizations in the San Gabriel Valley.

The Planned Parenthood Advocates Board voted unanimously to endorse Portantino in a field of five Democrats and one Republican.
