Sunny Week's End, But Rain Lurks Ahead for Sunday

After some cloudiness, below normal temperatures, and showers this week, Pasadena should dry out Friday through Saturday — but yet another storm system could bring rain on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Below normal temperatures are then expected to continue into next week, according to the latest National Weather Service forecast.

Friday should be mostly sunny, with a high near 59 and a west southwest wind at five to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Friday night should be mostly clear, with a low around 43. A west southwest wind of five to 10 mph becomes north in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Saturday should be sunny, with a high near 61. A north northeast wind of five to 10 mph becomes south in the morning.

Saturday night should be mostly cloudy, with a low around 44.

A 40-percent chance of showers is predicted for Sunday; otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy, with a high near 59. Sunday night should be mostly cloudy, with a low around 44.

Monday should see a slight chance of showers and should be partly sunny, with a high near 61.

Monday night should also see some showers and can be mostly cloudy, with a low around 45.

A slight chance of showers is possible Tuesday, which should be mostly sunny, with a high near 63.

Tuesday night should have a slight chance of showers and should be partly cloudy, with a low around 45.
