Team Nuvision is a full-service real estate brokerage firm that easily qualifies as one of the best in the San Gabriel Valley. In the last 12 months, Team Nuvision sold about 170 homes in the area. “Typical agents sell about three, four homes a year,” said managing director Rudy Kusuma.

It’s not a surprise that Team Nuvision has been emerging as a crowd favorite because the company focuses heavily on customer satisfaction. “We profile homebuyer satisfaction guarantee. That means if the clients are not happy about their home purchase within the first 24 months, either we’ll buy it back or we’ll sell it back at no cost,” said Kusuma. “We’re the only real estate firm in the area [that does this].”

“We want to ‘wow’ our clients. So one of the ways to wow our clients is that if you are not happy, you can fire me anytime off. If you’re not happy with the house you purchased through us, we’re going to buy it back or going to sell it at no cost,” Kusuma continued.

Team Nuvision’s strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction entails sticking to the roles assigned to you and concentrating on them alone. “In our team, my selling partners are specialized on one thing– servicing the clients. I have three inside sales–all they do is call back the prospects. Our clients always feel they’re number one because we have nothing else to distract us. We don’t cold call. We don’t do prospecting. We are just simply serving the clients.”

For Kusuma, teamwork is essential to getting the job done.

“I’m the only coach here actually in the San Gabriel Valley who’s teaching other agents how to build teams instead of working as a solo agent.” Despite that, Kusuma strongly believes that solo agents are on their way out and real estate teams are going to be the new trend.

His philosophies and teachings are all included in his upcoming book, The Death of Traditional Salespersons and the Rise of a Profitable Sales Team. The book cites that solo agents these days are having a hard time earning money.

“With the team concept, not only do the agents have more time, the clients also feel they have more time because the agent can service them more,” said Kusuma. “You’ll get to see the benefits of working as part of a team versus one man show.” The book will be released in three months’ time, and speaking engagements will follow.
