Last Friday, June 21, the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® hosted their quarterly Membership event at the Altadena Town and Country Club.

The technology breakfast featured National Association of REALTORS® Nobu Hata, Director, Industry Outreach and Engagement Strategy and Snapchat’s Fadzai Nhamburo, Business Strategist with drone presentation from OpenHouseFoto’s Nick Frandjian.

Moderated by PFAR President Lisa Diaz and President-Elect Eddie Ramirez, panelist covered the latest tech advancements and changes affecting the real estate industry, along with marketing strategies for reaching the growing millennial and Gen Z demographic.

“You don’t want to discount this audience, even if they are not relevant to you now, they will be,” said Hata.

Snapchat’s Nhamburo stressed the importance of “one-on-one” digital brand marketing.

“You have to brand build constantly. Don’t worry about what the rest of the industry is worried about, focus on what you can control,” said Hata.
