The Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS (PFAR) will be holding its 111th Annual Inaugural and Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, December 15, at the Langham Huntington Hotel, at 1401 S. Oak Knoll Avenue in Pasadena.

 

The event will witness the installation of the Association’s 2018 President, Emilie Broughton, and its new officers and directors.

 

The Association will also announce the recipients of this year’s prestigious titles, including REALTOR of the Year and Affiliate of the Year. Awardees are selected based on association involvement, committee membership, California Association of Realtors/National Association of Realtors (CAR/NAR) appointments, professional designations such as GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), business success and community service.

 

Nominations for the awards were closed in October.

 

Inaugural and Awards Luncheon tickets are now on sale. Costs are $50 per person and tables for eight are also available for purchase. Please bring an unwrapped baby toy or gift cards for “tweens” and teens to contribute to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program.

On the Inaugural day, doors open at 11:30 am. The luncheon begins at noon.
