Pasadena police said today that a Pasadena City College football player was arrested at a pre-game team meeting in the PCC locker room Saturday shortly after another Lancer player and a PCC student were taken into custody for a robbery and assault which occurred Sept. 14.
Lt. Tracey Ibarra said that Nathaniel Degraffinreaidt, 20, of Pasadena was arrested at a pre-game meeting of the PCC Lancers football team near the stadium on the PCC campus about 3:45 p.m.
About 45 minutes earlier at an off-campus location, Ibarra said police arrested Jett Austin Even, 19, a Pasadena resident who also plays for the Lancers, and Taije Glenn Akles, 25, a Pasadena resident who is a PCC student.
Each suspect was booked on suspicion of strong arm robbery and felony assault, Ibarra said.
Degraffinreaidt and Even have each posted $50,000 bail and been released, according to booking records.
Glenn Akles remains in custody on $50,000 bond in lieu of bail.
Ibarra said that because the investigation is on-going, little additional information can be released at this time.
