U.S. marshals on Tuesday arrested a man who authorities said has been hiding in Pasadena after being charged of felonious assault, aggravated robbery and robbery in connection with an incident in North College Hill, Ohio last month.

Shakeem Milner, 22, was found Tuesday afternoon in the 1900 block of North Los Robles Avenue.

U.S marshals from the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested him without incident.

Milner was indicted on July 11 by a grand jury after reportedly assaulting a man in North College Hill on July 3. An entry on Crime Stoppers said he was accused of pistol-whipping the victim on the head, and then shooting at the victim, grazing him in the leg. This after, the victim had no money to give him.

Crime Stoppers said Milner has past arrests for theft and failure to comply with police and was last known to live on Belmont Avenue in College Hill.

On July 13, U.S. Marshal Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team issued a warrant for his arrest believing he was hiding in Pasadena.

Milner is now in the custody of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department awaiting extradition to Hamilton County, Ohio.
