The Langham Huntington in Pasadena presents Uncorked at the Langham, afternoon wine tastings every Saturday through October, hosted by the hotel’s winery partner of the month at the Langham’s Horseshoe Garden.
Starting this Saturday, October 12, Uncorked will feature Charles Krug wines, from Napa Valley’s oldest wine estate, established in 1861 and proudly stewarded by the Mondavi family since 1943.
With more than 157 years of winemaking expertise, Charles Krug is the ultimate wine country destination. First opened for public tastings in 1882, Charles Krug is home to California’s very first tasting room. Today you will find a world-class hospitality center, renowned for its exceptional wines, stunning design, and storied heritage.
Uncorked at the Langham, from 2 to 6 p.m., offers guests a rare opportunity to learn about the featured varietals from the experts themselves and savor your choice of a glass, flight, or bottle, along with a selection of boxed bites including cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, sweets and more from the Langham’s culinary team – all while enjoying the live sounds of musician Keith Chagall.
Guests are advised to purchase raffle tickets at each event for a chance to win prizes from the partner winery. Children are welcome with adult supervision. Lawn games and other family-friendly activities will be available.
Costs for Uncorked are $12 to $15. For more information, call (626) 585-6218 or visit www.langhamhotels.com/en/the-langham/pasadena/offers/dining-offers/uncorked-at-the-langham.
