Weather Heats Up: It’s Summer All Week

A high and offshore flow will continue to bring partly cloudy skies and well above normal temperatures especially in the inland areas of Los Angeles County, including Pasadena, through the week.

According to the National Weather Service, the hottest days will be Wednesday to Friday, with highs soaring to the mid-80s.

In Pasadena, Tuesday will be sunny, with a high near 88 and with an east northeast wind around five miles per hour becoming south southwest in the afternoon.

Tuesday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 57. A south southwest wind of around five mph becomes calm after midnight.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 84 and a northeast wind around five mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon.

Wednesday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 56.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 84.

Thursday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 58.

The high pressure will continue Friday for one more additional warm day in Pasadena, then a trough develops and some cooling will happen over the weekend.

Friday’s highs will be near 86, and lows Friday night will be around 58.

The NWS predicts the weekend to be dry despite the trough but says there could be some rain by next Monday night or Tuesday.
