Pasadena Police report that three transients were involved in a fight in the 100 block of North Mentor Avenue at approximately 8:37 p.m. Wednesday.

The altercation allegedly involved one victim and two suspects, all transients in their 50s, according to Pasadena Police Lt. Pete Hettema.

During the incident, the two suspects began to argue with the victim, and it turned into a physical fight. The suspects are alleged to have sprayed the victim with mace, and one began to punch her to the point of knocking her unconscious.

When officers arrived, the suspects were gone, and the victim had regained consciousness. The victim identified the suspects to officers investigating. She was then transported to a local area hospital where she was treated for her mace-related injuries.

Lt. Hettema said the victim and one of the suspects are sisters. The suspects are described as black male and black female, both about 50-years-old. They are still at large.
