The Planning and Community Development Department will present preliminary land-used and urban form concepts for the Fair Oaks Orange Grove (FOOG) District Plan.
The April 11 gathering represents the second round of workshops on the FOOG plan, part of the Our Pasadena program, which updates all of Pasadena’s Specific Plans and the Zoning Code when it comes to commercial and mixed-use areas.
The first round was held last year.
At the workshop, members of the community will have an opportunity to discuss and comment on the updates to the specific plan, and present input for the future development in the Fair Oaks Orange Grove Specific Plan.
Thursday’s workshop will be held at the Robinson Park Recreation Center Community Room, at 1081 North Fair Oaks Avenue, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Our Pasadena is currently on its Community Engagement and Plan Development phase, up to 2020. The Adoption and Implementation phase begins 2020 up to 2021.
