Congratulations to Alex Cepeda, a Bosco Tech junior in the school’s Materials Science, Engineering & Technology (MSET) program, who has earned a spot in Stanford University’s Cardiothoracic Surgical Skills and Education Center Summer Internship program. The prestigious internship is designed to educate high school and pre-med students considering careers in science, medicine, and public health in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology as well as medical and surgical techniques that will be utilized in pre-medical and medical school.
