Celebrating 70 Years

Idyllwild Arts Foundation is celebrating 70 years on Saturday, April 16th 2016 in The NOVO by Microsoft (Formerly Club Nokia) in Live District, Los Angeles, California.

Idyllwild Arts is a community that nurtures artists who wish to make a difference in the world. With students from the Coachella Valley to New York to Kazakhstan, our prestigious Arts Academy annually enrolls over 300 students from 30 countries, while our world-renowned Summer Program, also extremely diverse, welcomes nearly two thousand students of all ages, each summer.

2016 is a special year that marks the 70th Anniversary of Idyllwild Arts and we invite you to discover what’s new by attending the 70th Anniversary Celebration in the LA Live District of Los Angeles on Saturday, April 16. Of course, you are also welcome to attend the numerous events that will take place in the pines of Idyllwild on our 205-acre campus, 6000 feet in the San Jacinto Mountains.

For seventy years, Idyllwild Arts has attracted artists such as Pete Seeger (folk singer/activist), Bella Lewitzky (modern dancer), Ansel Adams (artist), and Michael Tilson Thomas (conductor/composer). Learn why generations of leading artists chose Idyllwild Arts and how your presence at this exclusive event can make a difference for the next generation.
