College Admissions Workshop to be Held at South Pasadena Public Library

Applying to college is stressful, and the deadline for most university entrance applications is fast approaching. What will admissions officers look at in the application? What role does the SAT score play? How does one write a successful admission essay? The answers to these and many other questions regarding the college admissions process will be revealed at a workshop to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in the Library Community Room.

Presented by local specialists from C2 Education, a nationwide test prep and tutoring company, the College Admissions Workshop will cover tips and topics that will assist high school students in preparing winning applications and essays, and increase their chances of getting into the college of their dreams. Free to the public, this event will be presented in the spacious Library Community Room at 1115 El Centro Street, so no registration is required. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library.
