Come be a part of the Sequoyah Summerhouse — “We’ve got something for everyone!”

1. Awaken your insatiable appetite for summer discovery. Sequoyah School’s summer classes are truly unusual – fascinating, challenging and rewarding, you’ll walk away from each session counting the hours until the next class meeting. From Astrology to Mask-making, Ceramics to Chemistry, and Dance to Social Justice Mathematics, our classes have you covered.

2. Explore Learn new skills, deepen your understanding, practice, share and get to know our wonderful community in the Summerhouse Day Program. Sequoyah School offer a course of rotating exploratory activities that will leave you knowing how to care for animals, cook delicious meals, code, and create from your own whimsy. Participants will take weekly walking trips to learn about local architecture, science, art, and nature. By the end of summer, you’ll have a whole new perspective on your world.

4. Expand Summerhouse Crew-in-Training is a four-week leadership program for students. This is an opportunity for students to expand their understanding of responsibility, as well as their sense of self as a part of a working team. Participants will learn lifelong skills like conflict mediation and First Aid/CPR, and grow through real work experience working side-by-side with Summerhouse Crew. CiT Program includes a one-week, full-day training intensive followed by three weeks on hands-on work experience.
