Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy History Students Celebrate Women’s History Month

Flintridge Sacred Heart School’s Dr. Gough’s US History students recently researched the lives and accomplishments of important women athletes in honor of Women’s History Month.

Their research culminated in the creation of illustrated children’s books, each telling the story of one woman and her contribution to sports. At the end of the project, girls read their books to the class. Per mandatory rules for story time, juice and cookies were served.
