Girls Water Polo: Flintridge Prep’s Girls Water Polo Takes Down Nogales, Heritage, Fontana and Carpinteria; Ends up with Saturday’s CIF-SS Final Loss vs Katella 4-5

Flintridge Prep Girls water polo has made Prep history this year. They’ve added to the momentum of last year, where they broke a 15-year playoff drought, and have smashed records and blown through the first few rounds of CIF. After placing 2nd in league with an 8-3 record (17-7 overall), the girls took down Nogales, Heritage, Fontana and Carpinteria. But lost Saturday’s CIF-SS Final against Katella (Anaheim, CA) by a score of 5-4.
