Golden Apple Award for Volunteerism Awarded to Ed Donnelly



South Pasadena Unified School District (SPUSD) congratulates Ed Donnelly, who recently received the Association of California School Administrator’s Golden Apple Award for Volunteerism. Recognized at the Northwest San Gabriel Valley Administrators Association awards breakfast on February 19, 2020, Donnelly was acknowledged for his service as one of the founders of the volunteer group, South Pasadena D.U.D.E.S (Dads Uniting Dads in Education & Service). Superintendent Yantz also highlighted Donnelly’s commitment and work on helping pass Measure SP and the 2017 parcel tax, and his leadership as president of the South Pasadena Middle School’s PTSA. Thank you, Ed Donnelly, for countless hours of volunteerism benefiting South Pasadena Unified students and the community.
