High Point Academy to Celebrate Annual Culture Day

High Point Academy (HPA) has a very diverse student and teacher body, so HPA is requesting the community to help them tell its story during HPA’s annual Culture Day that will take place on Friday, Jan. 30!

This year, the main theme for this celebration is “Storytelling” in its many traditions and forms.

So as HPA gets ready for the event, its needs:

– Ideas of various traditions of storytelling, games and crafts that support storytelling
– Contacts of storytellers and performers for potential participation
– Volunteers to make it all happen (mark Friday, Jan. 30, for the day. A Sign Up Genius (SUG) will go
out next week.)

This is a grassroots events where parents, students and faculty come together to start the conversation that will, hopefully, continue throughout the year.
