La Canada High School’s Theater Department presents “Into the Woods” The Musical on April 23 to April 26, 7:00 p.m. at La Canada Playhouse Theatre. Tickets are at $20.
Directed by Justin Eick and Zoe Howard this modern musical twist on the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales follows the classic tales of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel as they encounter a baker and his wife seeking to end an evil witch’s curse which has left them childless. Filled with powerful songs, magical settings and unforgettable characters, this Broadway blockbuster is perfect for all audiences!
