La Salle Football Team Spends Bye Week at Hillsides Community

The La Salle difference showed on Friday, September 28, when the undefeated Lancers spent their bye week at the Hillsides community. Hillsides is a foster care and special education community for abused and mentally ill children.

The Lancer football team took toys for children and spent the late afternoon playing with the kids at Hillsides. Kudos to Coach Gordon and the Lancer football program for taking time out of the season to put a smile on the faces of children. This type of service is what the La Salle difference is all about.
