Maranatha High School junior Holly Campbell was one of just four featured performers at this month’s GoldLine Noon Concert Series, produced by Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena. Holly, the only vocalist of the concert, sang three diverse pieces ranging from the Italian aria “Bel Piacere è godere” to “How Could I Ever Know” from The Secret Garden.

December’s concert will feature Maranatha’s Mixed Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Garineh Avakian, performing the music of Advent. This free, lunchtime concert is open to the public and will be held in Lake Avenue Church’s Fischer Hall at 12:05 p.m.

Maranatha High School’s Performing Arts Department strives to cultivate each student’s God-given gifts while providing them opportunities to share their talents with the Pasadena community and beyond. Upcoming theatrical performances include The Curious Savage November 20-22, as well as Big Fish March 12-14, both on stage at the renowned Ambassador Auditorium.
