Maranatha’s Snow Day was a Wonderful Frosty Frenzy

For those of you who didn’t know it snows in Pasadena, well it surely does! Last week, ASB organized a winterland frenzy on campus for the Maranatha School faculty, staff, and students complete with a snow hill for sledding, hot cocoa, fresh baked treats, a jumbo obstacle bounce house, caroling, and a surprise visit from Santa himself!

The South Lawn glimmered with sparkling white snow, bringing the winter chill to the campus. It was truly an amazing time for the community as everyone gathered for an afternoon together to celebrate the Christmas season and all the joy that comes from knowing the real gift that each one has as Christians – God’s ultimate sacrifice, Jesus’ resurrection for all humans, and the gift of eternal salvation through Him!

Philippians 2:8-10: “And being found in human form, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore, God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth!”
