Mayfield Junior School: Creating in the D-Lab

Mayfield Junior School third graders spent the day in the D-Lab learning the ancient skill of weaving with Mrs. Crepaux.

From patiently building the frame loom to sketching a design and choosing colorful yarn, students were engaged in the combination of creativity and detailed work requiring focused concentration.

Of course any day in the D-Lab means exploring new tools … who can resist trying out the 3D pens or programming a new project for the 3D printers?
