McKinley School Presents “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”

McKinley School’s drama department presents The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with music and lyrics by William Finn, and book by Rachel Sheinkin. The production will be presented Friday, May 2nd at 6:00 p.m., Saturday May 3rd at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 4th at 1:00 p.m.

The Tony Award winning musical centers around a fictional spelling bee in Putnam County, New York. This production includes students ranging in age from first to eighth grade. The show will be staged at McKinley’s auditorium, and concessions will be sold during intermission. Tickets are $5.00 each and are sold at the door. All proceeds go to the Annual Fund to benefit McKinley’s arts programs.
