The time has come to bid farewell to five of our beloved PCR teachers who will be retiring this year, as well as Mrs. Lindsay Staley, who will become the district technology Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for grades 7-12 next year. Congratulations and thank you to Mrs. Nancy Leininger (25 years), Mrs. Jackie Valentine (24 years), Mrs. Liz Strand (24 years), Mrs. Carol Bilowitz (22 years), Ms. Barbara Felsinger (15 years) and Mrs. Lindsay Staley (5 years) for their years of dedication to PCR students, families, and staff. These outstanding teachers are leaving behind stellar careers and wonderful memories that have spanned many years.

On behalf of the PCR staff, students, and families, “Thank You” for sharing your talents, expertise, and love with the PCR family! We wish you all the best in the next chapters of your lives.

In light of all these retirements, changes, and plans for further class-size reductions, there will be some staffing changes to best accommodate the overall needs of our school. We will work hard over the summer to fill the tremendous shoes left behind by these amazing teachers. When our staffing is complete, we will share information with parents in our welcome back newsletter this August.

I wish all of you a happy, safe, and relaxing summer vacation.

Sincerely,

Karen Hurley
