Pasadena Christian School: Calling All Athletes

Parisi Speed School, who provided the warm up for Pasadena Christian School’s Jog-a-thon runners, is offering all PCS students three free classes at Parisi. The speed school is powered by Breakthru Fitness located in the South Lake Avenue shopping district.

Students, starting at age 7, learn the proper mechanics of running, change of direction, strength training, and confidence building that translates to increased performance in any sport. Classes are offered to three different age levels and are taught by professional trainers that enjoy working with kids.
