Polytechnic School Grandparents and Special Friends Visiting Day

Grandparents and Grandfriends came from far and wide to celebrate with their special people Tuesday. Visitors were welcomed to the Upper School campus and were treated to a panel discussion, were guests for a regular morning meeting, and enjoyed classroom visits. Students in the Lower and Middle Schools hosted their guests with a welcome assembly and classroom visits. Games were played, crafts were made, books were read, stories were told, and time was enjoyed together. The entire community collectively arrived in the gym for an all-school assembly that featured performances from Lower, Middle, and Upper School musicians. A highlight was hearing original poems performed by two Upper School students.
