Polytechnic School’s Own Rose Parade

Let’s face it. Poly is a school with rich tradition and storied history. And plenty of it since 1907. But in the spirit of continually exploring and refining its practices, they’ve begun a new tradition. The kindergarten class created the second annual Rose Parade the Friday before winter break.

The Class of 2031 collaborated in small groups (Operations, Equestrian, Band, Floats, etc.) and planned and prepared the event for weeks prior to the parade. A highlight of the process was when members of the actual Tournament of Roses came to inspire and educate.
