Principal for a Day! Catherine Allgor, The Huntington’s director of education, was invited to spend the day with the students and faculty of Eliot Arts Magnet School in the Pasadena Unified School District today. PUSD’s Principal for a Day program is designed to help schools and business leaders share ideas, resources, and a sense of responsibility for public education in the community. As honorary principal, Allgor had a chance to be a cheerleader for one of her favorite causes: promoting the arts and humanities in education.
