Seniors Vanessa De La Rosa, Emily Escobar, Jacqueline Huerta, Nadia Ramos, Monique Rios, Victoria Romero, Calista Rugama, and Sabrina Solis were selected to attend the Catholic Association of Latino Leaders (CALL) annual conference held at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Students were accompanied by Sr. Kathleen Callaway, President, and Mr. Alberto Chavarria, Director of Guidance and College Counseling. CALL’s mission is to inspire Latino leaders to love and live our faith and give back through programs and service projects that promote unity of family. Every Ramona student develops her skills as a resilient, effective leader. Leadership development at Ramona is on-going and intentional, ingrained in our mission as an all-girls, Holy Names school. This group of student leaders was selected on the basis of their inspiring leadership qualities and involvement in various clubs and organizations at Ramona and the outside community.

Ramona is a welcoming Catholic college-prep high school for girls in grades 9-12. Ramona graduates face the future with an extraordinary education, a global vision fueled by Catholic values, an independent spirit, confident leadership skills, the support of their Ramona sisters, and the strength of a legacy of more than 128 years of excellence.
