San Marino High School to Hold Annual Parent Party with ‘Oktoberfest’

The San Marino High School will hold their Annual Parent Party with this year’s theme, “Oktoberfest,” on Saturday, September 20, 6:00 p.m. The event will be held at Lainnie and Eli Capouya’s residence. The event promises a night of fun.

The Evening…

An evening under the stars is planned at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails and appetizers. Just when the crowd gets warmed up, the games and contests begin. Once guests thought they have never had so much fun in their lives, the band strikes up the chicken dance. By then they will be ready for an incredible dinner by Patina. Next… more chicken dancing and contests. At some point in the evening, a live auction will be held and raffle to raise funds that will support the kids.

The Contests…

Who will challenge the stein holding skills of Chip Kelly while he sports the latest style in lederhosen or the unparalleled yodeling talent of Brian Gelt while he juggles Bavarian Pretzels. Dare to take on the log saw team of Ken Fox and Joe Conzonire who currently retain the German World record set at 29 seconds in the 1986 Frankfurt Fest. Don’t miss the opportunity to challenge these individuals and show the true Titan spirit. It promises to be wunderbar!

The Raffle…

A great way to support everyone’s kids and win! Tickets are $20 each or six for $100. Drawing will take place at the parent party. One does not need to be present to win! A Beautiful Silver Sterling Bracelet or a 2 night 3 day stay at a cabin in Big Bear or clipper tickets for three! Click here to purchase Raffle Tickets!

The live auction will feature items such as the stunning brown rough cut diamond with 18kt white gold eternity band (valued at $8,000) (shown right), an unparalleled dining experience at one of the Smith Brothers signature Pasadena restaurants, VIP campus parking (for you or your student!) so that you’re never stuck driving around for a space, as well as premier seating at this year’s grad night extravaganza!
