San Marino Unified School District: Tdap Required for Incoming 7th Graders

State law requires that each 7th grade student needs to have received the Tdap vaccination in order to attend school. Proof of the Tdap vaccination needs to be submitted to the San Marino Unified District Office prior to the 2016-2017 school year. This vaccine is different than the DTP or the DTap. Your child will still need the Tdap.

You may turn the proof in anytime from this day forward to the District Office. Per state law, Your 7th Grade Student Can Not Be Permitted to Attend School in the 2016-2017 School Year Until This Proof of Vaccination is Received. If you have any questions, please contact the District Office at (626) 299-7000.

San Marino Unified School District, 1665 West Drive, San Marino, (626) 299-7000 or visit www.smusd.us.
